I wasn't really sure what to call this page, but wellbeing is defined by the Oxford English Dictionary as, 'the state of being comfortable, healthy or happy'. Of course, wellbeing is a much broader concept than just happiness in the moment. So it will include many things, such as how satisfied you are with your life as a whole, your sense of purpose and how in control you feel. It's how you feel and how you function on a personal and a social level. It's about your mental, emotional and physical health. It's about balance.


Sometimes things get out of kilter. Sometimes we blame ourselves for the way we are or the way we feel. We think we should do better, we think we should look better, we think we don't deserve the good things in life. Maybe we feel we've been treated badly by someone, maybe we feel guilty because we've done something we shouldn't have. 

Do you find love and relationships difficult? Do you find it difficult to say no? Do you feel you're never good enough? Do you constantly compare yourself to others? Do you feel like there's never enough? Do you find yourself saying, 'I can't' more often than you'd like?

Sometimes just talking to someone who will truly listen and hear what you say can make you feel so much better. Someone who hears what you say but also what you don't say, and can help you see where your unhelpful thoughts and beliefs reside.  And then help you to reframe those thoughts and beliefs. 

That's where I was too, until I was introduced to Louise Hay, her books and philosophies by someone I met at a workshop. And it turned my life around. I was so inspired by how powerful and how easy it was to change my life with her work that I decided to take the training to run Heal Your Life® workshops, which are based on her philosophies.

As part of the training I had to go through the powerful 2-day workshop that I now run before I could even embark on learning how to teach it.  Having been abused, both physically and emotionally, I was staggered at how much I was able to move on from, meaning it no longer influenced my life.  I came happier, more emotionally stable, healthier, and more in control of my life. I had already embarked on my journey of spiritual wellbeing, and here I was now on a journey of emotional and physical wellbeing too.  And I still apply the training in my own life, every day.

I can help you to see what’s holding you back, offering you support and guidance as you go forward and take control of your life.
