The first 28 days to a new you

If you lost your phone or car keys you’d want to find them. You’d be searching everywhere to get them back. You wouldn’t think twice about it. 


Weight is the one thing in life you really don’t want back when you lose it. We don’t consciously think “I’ve lost weight, I need to find it and get it back again” yet we are somehow hanging on to it, or on the yoyo of losing the weight and then gaining it - and sometimes more - back again. 


Well, if you keep doing things the same way as you’ve always done them you will keep getting the same result. So maybe it’s time to change what you do and how you do it. 


There are some amazing weight loss plans and ideas out there, and this really isn’t about the perfect diet or exercise plan. It’s about taking back control.  Focused on harnessing the power of your mind and building the mental and emotional skills for success; resilience, confidence, motivation, inspiration and application. It works alongside any plan or diet you choose to follow, or you can create your own plan.


So if you’re sick of finding nothing in your wardrobe fits any more, if you’re lacking energy, if you have little or no self-confidence, or you just feel that nobody understands how you’re feeling then you’re in the right place.

With a combination of conversation and hypnosis, visualisation and challenges, you will:​ ​​

  • take the first steps for success 

  • learn to love yourself and what you see in the mirror

  • learn to love and respect your body

  • change your relationship with food and exercise

  • take back control

  • get off the rollercoaster of emotional eating and drinking

  • create a new story for yourself and your future

What's included?

There are options for this program:

  • Five online group sessions weekly over 28 days, starting 2 August 2022, 6.30-8.30 pm

  • Five online group sessions as above, plus three 1-to-1 sessions to be arranged during 28 days

  • For those who prefer not to work in a group, five 1-to-1 online or in-person sessions plus extra recorded material

All options include support recordings, full support via email and a journal for use during and after the program.

You will also be invited to join a private Facebook group for ongoing support, discussion, Q&A and videos to keep the momentum going after the program.

It's not about the number on the scale, or the results on your fitness app. I will never ask you to divulge your weight or any other personal results, though of course I’m very happy for you to share your wins, however small, with the group so we can all support each other.
