Health and wellbeing information

 

Information relating to your health and wellbeing is treated as confidential and with additional care.

Information provided as part of your work with me is treated as private and confidential.

There may be exceptional circumstances where information needs to be disclosed, for example where required by law or where there is a serious safeguarding concern.

 

Where appropriate and legally possible, this would be discussed with you.

I will not normally contact your GP or another healthcare professional without your permission.

How long I keep your information

 

Client records are normally retained securely for seven years after our work together ends, in accordance with professional and insurance requirements.

 

Other personal information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected or where there is a legal or business requirement to retain it.

 

Information that is no longer required is securely deleted or destroyed.

How your information is stored

 

I take reasonable steps to protect the personal information I hold.

 

Some information may be stored or processed using trusted third-party services used to operate my business, such as Wix for the website and online forms, email and communication providers, and payment services where applicable.

 

These providers may process information on my behalf in accordance with their own security and data protection arrangements.
