Helping you embrace positive change
Making positive changes in your life, however large or small, can make a tremendous difference to how you feel about yourself and your life.
Changing unwanted behaviours, beliefs and habits, and creating new positive thought patterns improves your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing, which can ultimately have a positive effect on your overall health.
What’s holding you back?
HYPNOTHERAPY AND WELLBEING SOLUTIONS
As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Wellbeing Coach and Reiki Master, I am uniquely placed to offer guidance and inspiration, facilitating personal, business and spiritual growth.
Using an integrative approach to therapy, drawing ideas and techniques from a range of theoretical, practical and spiritual backgrounds, I help you to overcome your challenges and reach your desired goals. Feeling empowered, with new tools and the confidence to break through limitations helps you find new courage, strength, passion and confidence in the face of challenge.
As well as individual sessions, in-person or online, I offer motivational workshops for groups and teams to help everyone achieve their full potential in the workplace and in their lives.
Though my training is broad and thorough, I have developed a particular interest in helping people change habits. By discovering the emotional, mental and physical triggers to any habit, and then developing new, healthy responses to those triggers, habits can be changed. For good. Leading to a happier and healthier life.
