Spirituality means different things to different people. For me, it's about the feeling or belief that there is something greater than myself, there's more to being human than the experience we have in this life. That we are simply a small part of the greater whole, the divine or cosmic universe, and that we are all connected by that whole - we are one.
Our lives have significance and meaning beyond our mundane everyday existence, and we are significant in that universe.
Embarking on a spiritual path or spiritual journey starts with healing, opening the heart and striving towards wisdom, serenity and acceptance. It is a drive for self-improvement and self-development, letting go of unhelpful patterns, and is an ongoing process. Maybe even a lifetime's work.
Your spiritual path is yours alone. Connecting to the Divine through your own personal experiences - finding, experiencing and embodying your true spiritual nature. You may be unsure of what your path is. You may long for insight and guidance. And there is so much out there you may not know where to start.
And that's where I can help. Whether you're new to your spiritual journey or already following a path, there are many ways to access that insight and guidance. Whether in combination or individually, readings, meditation, hypnosis, Reiki, development circles and workshops are all ways to access wisdom and insight for your own spiritual development.
