Relationships change, but mostly we ourselves change and then find particular relationships can become more difficult or challenging. Being at home more than usual with partners and/or children can be challenging too, along with the complicated emotions attached to them.
There is a common myth that a good relationships means that you don’t have to work at it. The truth is that the strongest and longest relationships take a lot of hard work.
