Hypnotherapy for Confidence and Self-Esteem

We all experience events in our lives which knock our confidence, or leave us feeling not good enough. Most of the time we can bounce back relatively easily, but occasionally it’s not easy, you just can’t bounce back no matter how much you want to.

Lack of confidence and self-esteem can be an issue in all aspects of life. Though it tends to be more obvious in work and relationships, it really can affect everything. It may simply be that you’re facing a big event or challenge I your life.  You may have a presentation or performance to give and you want to give your best and appear confident even if you don’t feel it. 

The causes of lack of self-esteem or confidence are many, and may be emotional, physical or mental. Whether it’s to do with not feeling supported or nurtured as a child or adolescence, or even as an adult, or maybe your boundaries have been compromised, maybe it’s simply you keep getting put down by someone at work or at home, anyone can suffer a loss of confidence and self-esteem.

Even looking in the mirror in the morning and not liking what you see, feeling not you’re not enough, not lovable, not worthy, you’re too fat, too thin, too tall, too short, not pretty – all of these, and more, are signs of low self-esteem, low self-worth and lacking confidence. And it can happen to anyone, from the most successful people in the world to those who’ve struggled all the way through their lives, and everyone in between.
